How to Burn Body Fat Naturally

Let’s face the truth; it isn’t easy to just get a ripped six pack. You need to stop being lazy. Most men and women spend time focusing on the wrong applications of getting six packs, you need to know certain facts about working out for six packs. Some people spend months or even years, just to get that desired body and chiselled six packs, but the truth is, you must start eating the right diet. Yes diet is not only for people who want to lose weight, but the right nutrition can save you time, from hurting yourself with lots of sit ups and it ensures that you stay healthy.

The first thing you need to do is to limit sugar intake in your body. You must balance your working program with a balanced diet. Whilst cardio exercises are good, it has been proven that they do not burn the required belly fat. Do not get this wrong, fat is needed in the body, and one the functions of fat is that it protects your organs. So you must limit your cardio exercises and start doing what is right for your body. Knowing how to balance both work out and diet results is an increased metabolic rate; this ensures that the hormones that burn fat, get to start working. Now the trick is to find a way to making those fat burning hormones in your body work as efficiently as possible. They must work in such a way that at least 75% of the time in a day they burn fat. This means that for 24hr to 48hr you will be burning fat naturally and gaining nutrients, so when you workout you will be building on something solid already, unlike doing tons of workouts with no results.

This is what is suggested by professionals: To have an efficient metabolism, you must make sure that your liver, is healthy. The liver is one organ that activates the fat burning hormones, which basically means way too limited alcohol for you, by limited alcohol I mean, the intake of medication, beer, wine and any foods that may contain such: like animal protein, cooking with wine, etc. Take into account carbohydrates, which can also slow your metabolic rate down. Limit the intake of white bread, sweets, pasta, etc, .These types of food, if not stopped, will produce cortisol which is the hormone opposite to the fat burning hormone. I cannot stress this enough you must eat a balanced diet, eat foods that have less sugar to lower the levels of insulin in your body and foods with high protein or amino acids, like: squash, coconuts, nuts, mushrooms, citric foods, etc. Most importantly make sure that you get enough rest, so that the natural state of fat loss in the body can take place especially when you are sleeping. You do not need to go to the gym every single day to get that 6 pack. Do your workout smarter not harder.

6 Pack Workout

It is evident enough amongst most men and women that doing a lot of sit-ups and crunches does not give you a six pack and more importantly it does not make you lose fat. This is because of the muscle called rectus abdominis, which is divided into three (it’s actually divided into four) rows and further divides the middle part to make two columns that result in a six pack, and sometimes depending on your genes it may result in an eight pack. This muscle is already there in your body, but it is covered by a layer of fat which makes it hard or impossible for the rectus abdominis to be seen or appear when needed. This layer of fat is what we are fighting against when we work-out and diet for a sexy and chiselled six pack.

To strengthen your rectus abdominis and lose body fat will require time, perseverance, dedication and patience, at the end of the day it will be worth it. Let me give an example of a few exercises that will ensure a good six pack if taken with a balanced diet.

Crunches:

Lie down on your back; straighten your arms so that they are aligned to your body, take a deep breath and slowly begin to bend your knees and at the same time pull your shoulders towards your knees, you can put your hands on the sides of the forehead as you do as many crunches as you can, when taking brakes do not take more than two minutes, and be careful of the pain in the neck if you do more than required. If at all the pin persists for more than two days, do yourself a favour, go see a doctor.

Leg Lifting:

Leg lifting helps a lot with building the last two stubborn abs at the bottom of the abdomen, they ensure that you get a full six pack. Lie down on your back, bend your knees slightly and slowly start to lift both of your legs up to the 90 degree position. Do it several times guarding against any unpleasant pains.

Sit ups:

Bend your knees slightly as you lie down, lift your body up to the 90 degree position and release to go back to the original position, do several guarding against any unpleasant pains. You can also adjust from that by holding weights on your hands, then cross your arms at your chest and do the same process several times till satisfied.

Squatting:

Stand up; raise your hands to a position parallel to the ground, adjust your feet to a wide stance, to distribute stress on your back and knees evenly. Bend your knees to allow downward movement until your quads are parallel to the ground, make sure that your back is flat as you keep balance. This can also be done by weights to strengthen those quads and hamstrings. Squats generally contribute a lot to fat loss and making sure that your body can burn the belly fat for a more staggering 6 pack.

Six Pack Abs for Women

With most personal fitness trainers, one thing I asked a lot is how can women get flat abs?’ Many women try, and fail. Yes, without testosterone it’s harder to develop flat abs than it is for men, but it is not impossible at all. With the right approach you can do it easily. Women in our experience, who are after a flat tummy, have already spent a lot of time and effort on their body. This is why I love training people in this category, they are usually very serious about their goals, and train hard. I know for a fact that there are lots of newbies who are very serious to get perfect abs, often it’s the only objective. My first statement to them is that they have to be ready to change their lifestyle and work hard. The rewards are a big and you will be really enticed when your goals are achieved. So,

  • How do you go about getting six packs/flat abs in women?
  • Is the approach that is demanded different to men?
  • Is it even possible?

For sure it just takes a little bit of a different approach, but I certainly have helped many women to reach their six pack goals over the years, so I am pretty much clued up. Let’s take a look at my top ideas for ripping up those abs:

Women don’t have the same propensity to build muscles, due to a lack of testosterone to pack on dense muscle. This really just means that a slight change in training focus and intensity, plus a shift in diet focus is all that you need to grow those muscles. As with any six pack goal, one of the fundamentals is to work the specific muscles, but to reduce the fat layer that sits over the stomach. This exposes the abs out, and lets the world know you have a six pack. Once this is achieved, then that awesome flat stomach look is all yours. A sure fire way to get rid of this fat layer, is to use a targeted cardio approach. One thing that I recommend to lady customers, is to start doing pump or circuit classes, as this rates as one of the fastest ways to burn tummy flab in women. Not only are they fun, they utilise the core for nearly all the actions involved. Join a local gym centre or else get hold of some at home ‘pump’ DVD’s and do the class in home to start with.

Developing Abs

I was with a friend of mine the other day and he asked me a question that some of the people are struggling with when it comes to abs workout and getting a six pack, despite the disciplined routine, dedication, perseverance, eating the right diet, and loosing unwanted fat. The question was, shouldn’t the abs that make up a six pack be aligned symmetrical, horizontally and vertically. He further explained to me that some of his abs are bigger than others and that he could only see 5 (five) instead of six, the upper ab(s) on the right is/are lower than the one(s) on the left instead of being on the same level. Could there be something that he did wrong during his training or was it the protein supplements he took after gym?

To get one thing straight, as people we are different and the same thing we do cannot always guarantee the same results for everyone. First off all you must consider the genetic representation of individuals, because of genes some people have an eight pack and others can even have two. Secondly you must have confidence, after all the sacrifice you made; you deserve a celebration. One thing I’ve discovered no matter how your six, eight or two pack turns out, it still looks sexy as long as you went through the processes like you needed to.

Cardio exercises are generally good in that they help maintain a good immune system and health. According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the immune system is a complex system of organs, cells and molecules responsible for producing the body’s protective response to a foreign organism or substance or its own abnormal cells. With that in mind, whether you run or jog cyclist, row, swim or whatever the cardio training you do, it’s good for the body and that kind of training should be continued for life, because once you swerve of that path, it will be difficult to come back to it again and your immune system will deteriorate as well. I am mentioning cardio and immune in full here, because while sometimes it is exiting to focus on new information it is also important to repeat certain information that is being over looked at times. The immune system is responsible for your body’s energy level, so you take care of it you are well on your way to rock hard six pack abs, otherwise who would want to work out feeling nauseas or whatever the case maybe. Another important cliché is, what you put in you get out. This works a lot in terms of following a good diet, drinking at least two litres of water per day (i.e. eight glasses), which can easily be accomplished by drinking a full glass of water per hour at your work place or college for 8 hours that you are there. Following at least 80% of this schedule will result in the expected results.

How to lose Love Handles Fast? Three little techniques to Shed your Fats.

Think through and apply straightforward logic and common-sense. If you want to realize a fat-free life, remember that you need to take each stage one step at a time and not make any dramatic or drastic shift in the way you have always been living. Although I am commending making small and steady changes to your present way of living, you should remember what the simplest way to achieve your goal is.

Tip 1 :

What little steps am I speaking about? For example, you can start by coffee. You can decide not to put any cream into your coffee or change sugar cubes with artificial sugar instead. Yoy can also decide to change from white rice to brown rice, which has more nutrients for the development of your body and abs. Adopt tiny step at a time and slowly reduce more foods that aren’t good for your well-being or that may help to lose weight. If you can use this first tip, you can get results you’ve wanted much quicker.

Tip 2 :

Eat fresh fruit in the morning. Always eat your breakfast as this may be definitely your most critical meal each day. Research has discovered folks who don’t consume breakfast tend to increase their weight as they generally tend to compensate the energy needed during lunch and dinner. Also for kinds of food, remember to take sweet potatoes, try avoiding potatoes, pasta or white rice (brown rice will do). Have more plants also. The concept here is to try and prevent you from a lot for dinner. The general public who have got a thick gut blame it to eating a heavy dinner each night. Trust me.

Tip 3 :

Decide on the different exercises or sports that you are going to definitely enjoy. Many folks make the error of causing themselves to run although they simply hate running. They will try to run for 3 months and just stop after that. So pick a sport that you are eager to do and not drag your feet. If you enjoy spending your time in the gym, try and do different workouts to coerce your muscles and do not forget to enjoy the feeling of the strain in the muscles after training.
